  • Licensing and Activation: When you activate VVD, we collect your licence key, machine identifier (hardware fingerprint), software version, and activation timestamp. This data is used solely for licence validation and anti-piracy purposes.
  • Diagnostic Submissions: When you voluntarily submit a diagnostic report from within VVD, we receive system configuration details, error logs, and usage context to help diagnose issues. Diagnostic submission is opt-in only.
  • AI Assistant Conversations: When you use VVD’s built-in AI assistant (help chat, Super Triggers), your queries and relevant application context are transmitted to our AI service provider for processing. No audio data or personal recordings are transmitted.

2. Analytics

Our website uses the following analytics services:

6. Data Retention

  • Account and licence data: Retained for the duration of your licence plus 2 years after expiry or last activity.
  • Support tickets: Retained for 3 years after resolution.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: Retained until you unsubscribe.
  • Diagnostic submissions: Retained for 12 months.
  • Analytics data: Subject to Google and Meta retention policies (typically 14–26 months).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
